Kurz gesagt
Blood at Sundown sammelt selbst keine persönlichen Daten.

In short
Blood at Sundown does not collect any personal data itself. There are no ads, no tracking, no analytics and no in-app purchases. Your progress stays on your phone.
What is stored on your device
To work, the game stores only on your device:
- progress, records and achievements
- settings (volume, vibration, language, measured screen delay)
- your character, including the name you type in yourself
This data is never sent to me. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
Google Play Games (leaderboards and achievements)
For the online leaderboard and achievements the game uses Google Play Games, a service run by Google. If you sign in, Google processes your Play Games profile (player ID, gamer name, profile picture), your scores and your achievements. Your scores may be visible to other players on the leaderboard; you control this in your Google Play Games settings. In the Play Console I only see leaderboard entries with gamer names, no email address and no other account data.
Signing in is optional. The game works fully without it, just without the online leaderboard. Google’s processing is covered by Google’s privacy policy.
Google Play
If you install the game from Google Play, Google may collect data such as crash reports and install statistics and show me aggregated figures. Google’s privacy policy applies to this as well.
Permissions
The app only asks for permission to vibrate your phone. It does not use your location, camera, microphone or contacts.
Children
The game contains violence and is not directed at children.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, and to object. Since I do not store any data about you myself, please contact Google directly about data in Google Play Games. For questions, write to the email address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
Changes
If anything changes in the game that affects privacy, I will update this page. The date above shows the current version.
